Thank you again Carrie and JD for sharing your beautiful home with us as we celebrated a 50th birthday milestone. Your property is truly special, with plenty of space both indoors and outdoors for our group to relax, spend time together, and enjoy the surrounding scenery. The kitchen was well stocked, making it easy for us to prepare meals throughout our stay. Carrie and JD provided clear check-in and check-out instructions, and whenever we had questions, they responded quickly making everything seamless. One of the highlights of our trip was spotting a bear, which made our getaway even more memorable! Also as runners, training for an upcoming marathon, we were also able to get in several great runs, and the lake was the perfect place to cool down and recover afterward. The house was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. We created amazing memories and recommend this home to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing getaway.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful A-frame cabin! The home was clean, spacious, comfortable, and surrounded by peaceful nature. It was the perfect place to relax and spend quality time with friends and family. Carrie and JD were excellent hosts—helpful, responsive, and made the check-in process very easy. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to return. Highly recommended!

A beautiful nice and cozy place.

The house was perfect for a big group! The big open living room/kitchen was great for the group to be all together. The outdoor, spacious deck was perfect for hanging in the nice weather!

If you're looking for a place to get away and relax, this is the perfect spot. My wife and I really enjoyed the property. We also loved a couple of the local restaurants: one was Nick's on the Lake, and the other was Murphy's Restaurant. If you're looking for the right property to relax, this is the one!

The house was amazing! It was very clean, and there was plenty of parking space for multiple cars. The design of the house was beautiful and well thought out. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it!

We had an amazing stay in the Poconos! The house was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything was well organized, and we felt at home right away. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely love to come back again. I stayed here with a big group of friends for a bachelor party and we had an incredible time! The house is beautifully decorated and practically brand new. It had all the amenities we were looking for and plenty of space to fit our group of 16. We loved the wrap around deck and sauna and hot tub. The main living room and kitchen was the perfect hangout spot for everyone. The location was so peaceful and secluded as well. Carrie and JD answered all of our questions promptly and were fantastic to work with. We highly recommend the Black Lotus!!

Great place .. would gladly return

Such a beautiful home and is exactly as described and appears in the photos. We had a group of 15 women with plenty of sleeping options. We enjoyed time in the sauna and hot tub, outings to the outlets, flea market and thrift shops. Also some of us took walks and runs through the neighborhood with views of the lake. We spent a lot of time at the house cooking, laughing, and playing games. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of dinnerware and cooking utensils. The weather was a bit wet so we couldn’t enjoy the beautiful deck but the indoors were so cozy and inviting. The hosts were always super responsive and we just had small questions. No major problems.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The space was well kept, thoughtfully set up, comfortable, and the photos are accurate. The hosts were responsive and made everything seamless. Highly recommend.
