We had a wonderful stay! The house itself was great—very well-equipped with supplies (though a few extra kitchen spoons would be a nice bonus!). We loved being right on the water and spent plenty of time enjoying the scenery and the firepit. Just a quick heads-up for future guests: while the location is beautiful, this section of the lake is shallow and muddy, so it’s not ideal for swimming. The only real disappointment for our group was regarding the community amenity passes. We purchased week-long passes expecting full access, but learned that the Big Bass Lake gym is strictly reserved for homeowners, which wasn't clear in the HOA paperwork. Since my brother-in-law relies on a daily workout routine as active military, he had to drive about 30 minutes to a local gym. The HOA was not accommodating at all to this situation. Overall, it’s a lovely property and we had a great group vacation. We’d definitely recommend this home to others!

Beautiful house on the lake. We had an amazing summer weekend here and appreciated how communicative and helpful Jonathan was throughout the entire process.

We had a guys trip here for a long weekend and had a blast. Jonathan was very communicative through the weekend and the check in process was super easy. While the interior living space of the home was clean, the deck, yard and exterior of the home were overdue for a good cleaning.

We had such a great stay at Jonathan's place. The house felt comfortable from the moment we arrived and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. The setting by the lake made it easy to slow down and enjoy the time away, especially in the evenings. Jonathan was easy to reach and made the whole process hassle-free. We'd absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

Johnathans place was the perfect place to celebrate my Dad's 80th Birthday amongst his children and grandkids. Clean and easy to get to. We're already in talks about doing it again next yr. We did have a minor hiccup which Jonathan addressed quickly, and for that he gets a +. Once again on behalf of all of us we Thank you.

We had a GREAT stay at Jonathan’s place! He was kind and helpful and very informative. The location was peaceful and very safe, and the actual location was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. We celebrated a friend while there and she couldn’t stop talking about the location. There were plenty of beds, lots of kitchen materials, etc. We had a great time and would love to go back!

A truly cozy and atmospheric little house right on the lakeshore. Waking up to a view of the water is a distinct pleasure. The house is clean and tidy, equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The grounds are well-kept, and the surrounding peace and nature make it the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. We especially loved the evenings by the water—the atmosphere was incredible. We will definitely be back!

This was our second time staying at one of Jonathan’s houses, and once again it was a great experience! Jonathan is very responsive and a wonderful host. The lakefront house was beautiful and very relaxing. We had a great time and would definitely stay with him again!
