Comfortable, upgraded and quiet! We rented this home for 5 adults for 10 days. Although a little smaller than it appears in the photos, there was plenty of room for all of us. The mattresses seem to be all new and were super comfortable! The living spaces have all leather furniture and lots of seating. We made great use of the lighted outdoor fire pit area and large front deck. The community is large so you have to drive to get to the lake and/or pool areas, but all within a mile or so. Owner was very responsive and had maintenance sent over right away to resolve a lighting issue. I would definitely rent here again!

We had a great stay! The house was exactly what we were looking for. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, which makes such a difference when you’re away from home. The newer appliances were a nice bonus. The layout is perfect for families, and we really enjoyed taking advantage of the lake and pool. One thing to know before you arrive is that the community only rents kayaks and paddleboards from Thursday through Sunday, and the amenity wristbands are valid from Friday to Friday. Also, they don’t provide much information to renters at check-in, so be sure to ask for a community map and the trash instructions. Keep in mind that homeowners have access to a few amenities that aren’t available to renters. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this home to other families!

Jonathan was very responsive to texts and very clear with the instructions. We checked in late around 1 AM. There was a power outage when we checked in. Unfortunately we had to leave the place because it was too hot. The place is in a remote area so there should be a power backup/ generator to accommodate guests.
